Meet the Team

Florin Matei is the CEO and Director of Operations for Taldeco LLC, headquartered out of Troy, Mi. Coming out of the University of Tennessee, Florin has been an entrepreneur at heart and launched a supplement startup bringing convenience to powdered supplements in 2015. His career first started as a Technical Recruiter and was awarded “Rookie of the Year” in 2018 with a promotion to Business Development Manager. He excelled to the top producer spot and brought in the highest number of new clients earning him the “Hunter of the Year Award” in 2020. He then got promoted to be Executive Director over the outside sales team in 2020 to oversee 8 sales executives where they quadrupled revenue in 2021 and earned “Core Value Champion of the Year” award. Florin’s time in Nashville ended when he met his soon to be wife and decided to make the move to Michigan starting Taldeco. Whether it's on a mission trip or leading different church events, Florin’s passion for Jesus drives him at his core. He equates all his successes in life to God.
