Taldeco is searching for Multi-Craft Maintenance Technicians to join our team in Nashville, TN!
$26-32hour depending on experience.
**Multiple Shifts available.
Weekday 1st shift: Monday-Thursday. 5AM-5PM
Weekday 3rd shift: Monday-Thursday. 5PM-5AM
Weekend shift: Friday-Sunday. 5AM-5PM. Paid for 40hours.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
4+ years as an industrial maintenance technician, preferably in the food industry.
PLC troubleshooting experience
Experience working with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
**Candidates with experience working in the food industry and/or with boilers are highly encouraged to apply.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment, including conveyors, mixers, ovens, packaging machines, and refrigeration systems.
Work with PLCs, motor controls, and electrical systems to diagnose and resolve automation issues.
Work closely with production teams to identify and address equipment issues proactively.
