Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operations of the manufacturing floor, including loading and unloading materials.
- Perform basic assembly, packaging, and quality control tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
- Operate machinery and tools, such as saws, hand tools, or power tools, as required.
- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in inventory management, including storing and retrieving materials.
- Support other team members with additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Required: At least 1 year of manufacturing experience or similar hands-on labor experience.
- Preferred (but not required): Experience operating a Hi-Lo (forklift), overhead crane, or saw.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and quality.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to lift up to [X lbs] and perform physical labor as required.
